Ordering & Products
Yes. Every piece is laser engraved, finished, and inspected by hand in our workshop. We don’t outsource and we don’t run mass production lines.
Standard orders use one of our existing designs and ship within our normal turnaround. Custom orders use your artwork, logo, or text — these go through a quick design proof step first to make sure everything looks right before we engrave it.
Top-grain genuine leather for hats and wallets, premium stainless steel for tumblers, and high-quality metals for challenge coins. We choose materials we’d trust on our own gear.
Yes — both the hat and the leather patch are available in multiple color combinations. You’ll see the available options on each product page.
Absolutely. There’s no minimum on standard products. Bulk pricing kicks in if you order multiples of the same item.
Custom Orders
PNG, JPG, SVG, and PDF work best. For the cleanest engraving, we recommend a high-resolution image (300 DPI or higher) or a vector file.
Up to 10 MB per file. If your file is bigger than that, email it to us directly and we’ll take care of it.

For most custom orders, yes. We email a digital proof and wait for your approval before any laser work begins.
Most custom orders are produced and shipped within 5–10 business days after design approval. Larger or bulk orders may take longer — we’ll always give you a clear timeline up front.
Shipping
We currently ship across the United States. International shipping is available on request — contact us for a quote.
A flat $4.99 anywhere in the US. Orders over $100 ship free.
Most US orders arrive within 3–7 business days after they leave our workshop. Custom orders take additional time for production.
Yes — expedited shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee.

Returns & Refunds
Standard, non-personalized items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, as long as they’re unused and in the original packaging. Full details are on our Refund Policy page.
Custom and personalized items can’t be returned unless there’s a defect or an error on our end — that’s the nature of one-of-a-kind engraving. If something is wrong with your custom order, contact us right away and we’ll make it right.
Once we receive your returned item, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
Care & Maintenance
Spot clean with a damp cloth and let it air dry. Avoid soaking the leather patch — water and direct heat are leather’s worst enemies. Treat it like good boots and it will last for years.
No. Laser engraving cuts into the surface, so it doesn’t wear off the way printing does. The mark is permanent.
