We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible, including colors, materials, and dimensions. Because each item is handcrafted and laser engraved, slight variations between pieces are part of the craftsmanship — not a defect.

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel orders placed at incorrect prices, even after the order has been confirmed.

6. Custom Orders & Customer-Supplied Artwork
When you upload artwork, logos, designs, or text for a custom order, you represent and warrant that you own the intellectual property rights to the artwork, OR you have permission from the rightful owner to use it commercially. You agree that Black Anvil Craft is not liable for any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property claims arising from artwork or content you submit. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any such claims. We reserve the right to refuse any custom order at our discretion — including (but not limited to) artwork that is offensive, infringes on third-party rights, or that we are unable to produce to our quality standards.
7. Payment
Payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept payment methods as listed on our Payment Methods page. By placing an order, you authorize us (and our payment processors, Stripe and PayPal) to charge the full order amount to your selected payment method.
8. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping terms, costs, and timeframes are listed on our Shipping Information page. Delivery dates provided are estimates and not guaranteed. Black Anvil Craft is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or events outside our control.
9. Returns & Refunds
All returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Custom and personalized items are non-returnable unless defective.

All content on this Site — including the Black Anvil Craft name, logo, product designs, photographs, text, graphics, and code — is the property of Black Anvil Craft and is protected by US and international copyright and trademark laws.
